I’ve been doing it for a little over a week. I have lost 2.8lbs my 1st week. Its weird i don’t feel like i’m on a diet. I’m worried that i won’t lose more weight. Its seems like i eat what i want, i’m eating my daily points and not going over or cheating… is it all just in my head?! It seems like it can’t be this easy.

I’ve been with my bf since xmas of 2006. Its been almost 6 month now. He’s lost 20 lbs and i’ve gained 10 lbs. He hasn’t dieted and his appitite is still the same (and he eats a lot!) I’m really worried about him because people are saying he doesnt look to healthy. He’s always been a bit chubby but for the first time in his life he’s looking frail. I do know he works 15 hour shifts and since our relationship he’s barely gets any sleep. He went from about 8 hours a day until about 4 to 5. Could it be the sleeping habits? Does lack of sleep cause you to lose weight? Or could it be something else?
