Diet And Weight Loss
www.NoNonsenseMealPlans.com Listen to how I discovered Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans some six years ago and how they saved me from forming a horrible pot belly. I almost became a fitness fraud a few years ago and got to a point where I was embarrassed to take my shirt off as I let my nutrition slip but found a meal plan system that changed all that. Listen to the true and interesting story. http goes live Tuesday June 30th at 12pm EST.

whats gonna happen if its not for our metabolic type vince?
mezhkolape on June 29, 2009 at 8:07 pm
From the things I’ve seen I found that a good plan works. Now how quickly or efficiently it works, will come down to things like your body type/metabolic type.
This is where you need to fine tune a good plan to suit your specific needs.
From the sounds of it, they will be offering personal advice via some sort of e-mail, or forum based system.
My advice would be to get on the plan, see how your body reacts, then proceed with your fine tuning. Remember they have 3 different levels.

this is sheeeeeeer bullshit! people have different body shapes which mean the either have adrenal gland, liver, thyroid or ovary problems. they cannot be treated by the same diets. what these people “health” sales people are trying to do is take your money for the promise of a better body, but they really do not give a shit and won’t tell you about the real problems and solutions. Buy a medical book on body types and proper nutrition and never step foot in the diet section of the library.

any recommended titles?
dajooseovmabawls on July 2, 2009 at 11:41 pm
never buy any diet books. its an industry and none give a shit about you. i say browse in the medical section instead. know your blood type, body type. never skip training, do as much physical activity as possible. eat raw veggies, fruits and organic white meats. stay away from mixed drinks. eat little meals through out the day. once you know what wrong with your body, study what foods to eat for your blood and body types, weight loss will become effortless. stay away from sodium rich foods

Simply, do not buy these products, I just did. Not saying that the product does not work, but they have currently charged me almost triple of the amount I was supposed to pay. Shame on you Vince, shame on YOU!

Hey Vince, I’m still in High School so I can’t prepare meals and eat them throughout the day so I would like to know what you think about Pure Protein Bars. They are very low in sugar and fats but I know with all protein bars they have hidden stuff that my be bad for you so what do you think. Any suggestions?
devdog48367 on January 26, 2010 at 7:26 pm
@AaronPhelps1992
They are hard for your body to digest and get nutrients out of..although they do work but not as well as whole foods..try not to substitute too much but you have to in high school.
AaronPhelps1992 on January 27, 2010 at 12:33 am
Thanks man, appreciate the help
TheSuperAstro on March 28, 2010 at 1:59 am
This is bullshit (or actually bullmeat)
“40% carbs, 30% proteins, 30% fat in phase 1″
and they want to reduce that!?
I eat somewhere 70% carbs… just go vegan and you’ll be the healthiest/sexiest guy in town (if you train for it too of course).

Hey Vince (or anyone else, really..)
I’m a 13 year old boy and right now my biggest obstacle is sticking to 6 meals a day. This is because of the whole specified times for eating crap.. :/
Anyone have any suggestions on what do do?
Thanks in advance.
