Alright, I’m 15 and about 143 pounds, lately for the past few weeks i’ve gone jogging everyday for around 45 mins and i’m starting to eat a bit better. I’ve been doing this to try and get a better body for the summer. I’m not really fat at all but I do have a bit of a belly and I want a six-pack. How long before I start noticing results and what else should I be doing?
