Excellent quality product, professional, arrived just in time for Christmas as promised. Its sturdy, comfortable, and the quality of a professional table. My family loves it. Quality is just as it looks online. Holds a heavy person easily. Very content with the purchase. Would totally recommend this company and its product.

Yeah so it's going good so far. It's very sturdy and from what I am told, very comfortable. It's a little tricky to set up on one's own, it can be done, just be patient. The problem I have is that the extended head rest attachment doesn't seem to want to stay in place anymore, but I don't need that anyways. All in all a fine, reasonably priced massage table.
Very Happy With This Table

I purchased this table about a month ago, mainly to give massages to my wife, and so far have been very happy with it. My main plan was to give massages, but I have also been receiving them, so that is a bonus! The table is very sturdy, stable and comfortable. The only downside I guess, would be that it is fairly heavy. So it wouldn't be very convenient if I was planning on moving it around a lot, or taking it from place to place to give massages. But then, I knew when I bought it, it wasn't one of the lightest available, and the price is/was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Defective face cradles, flimsy construction

As a professional acupuncturist and massage therapist, I do not recommend this table. I purchased two for my office, although the list price is low, shipping costs made each table over two hundred dollars. I have purchased much better tables for this price. The first problem observed was that the face cradles were defective, collapsing with the smallest amount of pressure. When I called customer service( because they did not respond to the email within 24 hours as advertised) to ask them to correct the problem, the customer service rep said the company was aware of this and directed me to a professionally made You Tube video that would help me fix the problem myself. It temporarily corrected the problem, but it was clear to me that they were defective as they collapsed again shortly afterwards. I asked for new face cradles to be sent. They did so, but they were exactly the same with the same problem. By this time, the travel bag shoulder strap and zipper had broken( used about a dozen times), and the hanging arm rest had broken off the clasp that closes the table for transport while a patient had needles in. I asked for new tables or a refund and was told that since I had the tables for more than 60 days, I would have to pay for the return shipping. I refused and they sent me two more defective face cradles and the new clasp for the table. After complaining again and dealing with a different customer service rep., a different face cradle model was sent that has been effective. When using the table without the face cradle, you cannot use the arm rests or side bolsters because of the way the table is designed. I did not write this review earlier because it seemed they were working with the problem. However, over the past few days, the poorly made table elevation mechanism failed with a patient on the table( once again this feature has been used less than a dozen times) and a wooden leg support broke while setting up the table. Patients have also complained that the table is too firm and uncomfortable and I have had to purchase additional padding for the tables. The hanging arm rests are poorly designed and most often uncomfortable for the patients. It is heavy to transport. I would never purchase this product again or buy from this company any products.
